P.J. Whelihan's Pub + Restaurant [West Chester]

First it took almost 30 minutes to be seated and it wasn't even busy, why cant we just sit down if tables are open? Server came and took our drinks but left so fast we couldn't put an appetizer in. By the time we got our drink orders we had been there almost 45 minutes total. Asked to see the manager and he didn't want to give us the time of day so we paid our drink bill and went elsewhere for our dinner.

Bar food . Salads were actually pretty good. Always want a burger. End up with a salad! Lol
