Can't comment on shopping experience but not worth it to try and sell your clothes here. Even new items with the tag still on them will get a "pass" as in they aren't accepted. Also, they say they'll call you in 15-20 min to let you know their decision, but I waited 3 hours then just called them only for them to say, "Pass". I do much better selling my clothes online, was just trying them out to see if they would give you fair prices, which they don't. With all the new phone apps to sell clothes on, there is no reason to come here.

Went to sell clothes there and they really only bought one thing. The girl told me that they were overstocked on a lot of things so they couldn't buy much. It didn't really look like they went though the clothes very much if at all. They ended up buying a shirt that retails at $40 and only gave me $1.80 for it. Kind of disappointed about that. They're nice there though. Their store hours vs buying hours are different!! They stop buying at 7, but don't tell anyone until you come in with a bag of clothes and want to sell. This HAS to be posted somewhere on the building! You never know when someone may have made a special trip up and didn't know. They make it sound like they buy a ton from people, but the reality is it's like 1 maybe 2 things with tags for $3 for both. Don't waste your time.
