PNC Bank

I would avoid this branch. I went there to cash a check with a coworker from the same account they took ten dollars out of my check but not his bc one of the tellers messed up. So instead of rectifying their mistake they just let my coworker go and still take the ten out of mine. Then the bank manager Lori and the teller start giving me all this fake have a nice day act saying there is nothing they can or will do except take ten dollars out of my check. Then the teller gives me all these dirty small bills and doesn’t even have the decency to count the money in front of me and while I’m counting it she gets up and walks away so if she made a mistake it would have been my word against hers. Personally I think all PNC banks are terrible the way they invest your money to destroy the earth is reprehensible but I will never set foot in this branch again. And I will NEVER be a pnc customer
