Pocono Transmission Center

At 130k miles, the synchros in my 1995 BMW E36 M3 were getting crunchy. I asked my local garage for their recommended transmission shop, and they referred me to Pocono Transmission. I had an excellent experience there. They did a complete rebuild on the 5-speed ZF transmission. The price was lower than other prices I'd seen referenced on message boards, and the work was outstanding. Being into manual-shift BMWs, I had driven a number of E36 M3s of various years (1995 through 1999), most with factory transmissions, but two with rebuilt transmissions. I can proudly say that my car shifted smoother than all of them, all the way up to when I sold it at 190k miles.
