I have American Home Shield. This was a contractor sent out by them to fix a pin hole in a pipe coming off by well water holding tank. They took 5 hours to complete the job. Next day no water. Ray and his 15 year old son came back the next day to look at it. After 2 hours of me running up and down the steps to check for water, problem still not fixed. The day before he left his young autistic child out in the car for 5 hours without telling anyone he was out there until before he left. He made several phone calls to his brother to fix by phone in front of me. I was steaming. Totally unprofessional. Needless to say instead of dealing with his customer he left. I have no water, no heat (geothermal) which runs thru the part he left unfixed. When I brought up my heating system, he knows nothing about them. STAY AWAY. MAY BE A LITTLE CHEAPER BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Calling a real professional out tomorrow to fix the mess !!!!!! I got to mention he also bypassed a safety switch in my basement and left it that way. At my work, that is a total NO NO. Safety switches are there for a reason. He switched a bunch of wires in two electrical boxes and left them that way. One was a safety switch. Spend the extra few dollars to get a quality professional please!!!!
