I knew that was the interest of the city once i seen the paper on the wall, to stop all work, I said to someone watch the city will go after that property for some reason. I knew it,the day the paper went on the wall.And in Pottsville the parking authority needs to instill an ordinance that business people that do not live in the city can't park in the alley ways. With the meters on the main street business workers don't want to run out to pay the meters or pay the meters and they don't want to pay to park in the decks, the authority is only chasing these business workers into alley ways, where they bundle up bumper to bumper in the alley ways. If you aren't a resident you shouldn't be able to park like a resident. Also the parking authority or city should look into buying the parking lot in front of the bus station and rte 61 and building a parking deck there, with the bus authority working with the city to allow business workers a very large discount to ride a bus that goes through the city called The Loop bus run. maybe something like .30 a ride 3.00 a week to get to the office. have a bus that goes around the city and loops back to the parking deck.
