Premier Orthopaedics in Pottstown

Long waits. Staff seems disinterested in helping. Need some improvements here. Heard another patient saying how they waited three hours past their appointment to see the doctor.

I saw Dr. Guille on August 31, 2017 after being told by my family Doctor and the Pottstown ER Doctor who took a Cat Scan of my neck and said I needed to see a neck and spine doctor for sever pain I was having in my neck for a little over a month that was causing horrible dizziness, unbarable pressure in my head, I couldn't lift my head up straight and was unable to walk, dress, take care of my self unassisted. All this happened very quickly. Dr. Guille was rude and treated me medically unethical. He didn't even examin me, told me my insurance wouldn't cover an MRI without more than one visit and because I had medical assistance no Dr would really treat me the way my condition should me treated. That I should go to a Philadelphia or Baltimore hospital that would treat a person with medical assistance. And didn't do any kind of treatment plan what so ever with me. I think this mans medical license should be taken and I am doing my best to make sure that he is repremanded for his actions! I was treated for what was a dislocated rib in my back going into my neck. Which if he took the time to exam me would have seen! I would stay clear of this practice!!!!
