Searched for plumbers on line and your name came up. It was Friday afternoon and we needed a plumber and with the weekend coming up fast, we crossed our fingers. You dispatched Wade Webb. When he arrived the first thing we really noticed was he was neatly dressed, very clean and had a great personality. He gave us the impression that he was here to do his best. We explained our problem and he really listened.to what we had to say. He then tackled the problem and it was a problem. Wasn't anything simple. He explained our options and went over everything we could possibility do to fix it. Then together, we came up with a game plan. He did what he could to make sure we had service over the weekend, then was here early Monday morning to finish the job as he indicated he would be. He fixed everything and we are so very happy, with him, with his work and with your company. We will highly recommend Pronto Plumbing, especially Wade.
