Pyramid Healthcare Hillside Detox and Inpatient Residential Treatment Center

These people that ran the show up there are usless. Can’t get a hold of anyone. The only time they call is when it has to deal with finances. Would just like to add, I finally heard from “someone” at 10:30pm. Had absolutely no answers for any of my questions. They are allowed 1 phone call per week. Crazy. They asked my friend who has they’re stupid state funding that’s being wasted up there by the way, to ask me for money for their meds or they will stop them. The state is paying for that. It is state insurance. As soon as my friend said he will call his lawyer they said “ oh don’t worry about it. It is alrwady included In the insurance”. They’re a bunch of snakes. I will keep adding more as he goes on with the program
