Your location at 717 S Trooper Rd, Audubon, PA 19403 is absolutely awful. Although I love Qdoba's food, the staff and management their is god awful. They make a mistake nearly every time I go and I go frequently. A frequent mistake they make is mixing up 2 burritos and putting toppings for one burrito on the other even though they are done one at a time and given everything for each burrito one at a time. This of course happened today. When called, the employee who answered and had been making the burrito, admitted that because of 2 of them making it, they had switched the burritos. When a manager took the phone, he then tried to blame us as customers because of the mistake. We were then accused of trying to exploit the store even though we had offered to bring back the burritos and show exactly what they did wrong. Your general manager for that location Albert Thomas, was then extremely rude and laughed at the idea of wanting the burrito done correctly as ordered. Both my girlfriend and myself love Qdoba burritos and have been frequent visitors to your store but this will no longer be the case. Unfortunately, there are no other nearby locations and although it is much farther, I would rather go to Chipotle from now on. I sincerely hope that your company as a whole is better than this but this location has made it so that I will no longer eat at Qdoba in the future.
