Quest Diagnostics Springfield

This location is horrible!! Have been waiting for over an hour to drop something off. One person is working and the place is crowded. People who came in after me were seen first because they have an appointment. So everyone who has an appointment will be seen before my specimen can be taken..smh. Doesn’t make sense. If i could give no stars i would!!

Rude Black lady that looks likw a crack head. Came in for an appt Saturday and she was facing anothwr direcrion, nasty, half answered the question. The office manager should fire her or guve her customer service classes. She represents this location poorly. I never had such bad custo.er service.
