Racquet Club Apartments and Townhomes

The leasing office was so friendly, warm and inviting when it came to getting me into the apartment. Once you are in the apartment, the leasing office lies, goes back on their word, is deceptive, late to respond to your requests or comes up with excuses as to why they have no interest in fulfilling your request. Despite paying so much money to live here, when something goes wrong and you asked to get it fixed they act like they're doing you a favor. The guy they send to do the repairs says things that are very odd and inappropriate. The gym is a joke, the tv doesn't work, there are barely any channels, you have to pay to have access to it 5-11 pm and there is barely any equipment in there. There were two storms that happened where the power and heat went off for an entire day. Groceries are not cheap so imagine the stress of everything going bad and smelling and on top of that you're freezing cold but yet you're paying so much to live here. Also, the overall design of the apartments are very weird, it feels like these apartments were made to provide you with as little as possible and charge as much as possible. The apartment also fails to communicate very important things with residents, like changes in management and how that will affect residents. I honestly can go on and on. Overall, I wish I could give this apartment complex a 0 but to be generous, I'll give this place 1 star as they are prompt when it comes to snow removal.
