Red Roof Inn Philadelphia - Oxford Valley

Booked through Price Line and they would NOT honer our reservation. Gave us some bull shyt excuse about Priceline saying our card didn’t go through when it was totally untrue. Called Priceline to fight them on it and they said there was no issue charging our card and red roof inn broke there contact with them by not honoring our reservation. Red roof then recharged us and stuck my two male drivers in one bed. Even though I had booked a room with 2 beds. Never again booking at Red Roof Inn. Terrible customer service. Even when price line called them about the error they refused to return the amount they charged on top of the amount we already paid with price line. Price line was nice enough to refund our booking amount through them. If it wasn’t 2 am I would be booking them a room elsewhere. Calling in the morning a complaint with the manager. Terrible service!
