Rent-A-Center

So i had a tv from this place. I told the manager I would pay monthly. I was recently in the hospital and did not have my phone because surgery. They came in and threaten my father and said we will call the cops on you if we don't take it. All my had to do was call me at the hospital so I could pay it but they didn't care. These people are not friendly, they don't care about people, just care about their money. So when i return home from the icu I will buy a tv online. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I can't believe they are this careless.

If I could mark a zero star I would but can't. I had the worst experience ever with this store in Upper Darby. They literally sold me a mattress that you see when people get rid of their mattress at a dumpster it was that bad. So many stains, holes, and a cigarette burn hole. I'm not happy. Also corporate really isn't much help when I had an issue with the Upper Darby store. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT RENT-A-CENTER EVER AGAIN, even if they were the last furniture place standing. I would rather sleep on a rock than to shop there.
