Ressler Propane

A Ressler 100 gallon tank was at our home when we moved in . Got charged a rental fee each year. I was tired of paying $95 a year for tank rental. Got another company to supply a 25 gallon tank ( I only use Ave of 20 gallons per fillup) with NO annual rental fee. Paid the annual $95 in Jan 2018. Cancelled service in mid Feb. Thought I would get a pro rated fee for the rental. Well, I thought wrong. NO pro rates, no refunds. That is just not right. Then they picked up the tank Great I thought, I'll at least get a refund for the gas left in the tank. Well, got 75 cents on the dollar for the gas, not the current rate. Oh, this must be the restocking fee she told me about. NO, was ALSO charged ANOTHER $95 for restocking fee! Rip off city. Buyer beware.
