Brian came out and worked with us to come up with a heating and cooling system install for our finished attic. Brian spent a considerable amount of time finding the best solution at a very fair price. Jeff and Josh came out to install the system and ran into a lot of unexpected challenges working on our century old house. They worked extra long days and spent twice the original estimated hours to overcome these challenges. These two guys left at the end of each day looking like exhausted coal miners from crawling around in our soot filled crawl space only to return the next morning ready to tackle the job again. Even though the contract allowed Restano to charge extra for these unforeseen challenges, they never mentioned it and stuck to the original estimate. The system is installed and working great. They went above and beyond what they promised and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
