I am so excited to have engaged R.M. Home & Building Improvements this past summer to replace the Windows and doors in my town home in Macungie, PA. The reason I did went forward with his service was mainly due to the outstanding professional and technical expertise of their estimator/Contractor Ricardo Marrero. He arrived on time at 12noon and I told him I have been researching energy upgrades for Windows and wanted to replace my 20 year old inefficient windows and doors. I really put Ricardo through the paces asking about SEER energy ratings, and advantages of vinyl versus wood or aluminum Windows, and building permit process etc. He was thorough, patient, and went up and down my 3 stories inside and out as I got real technical in my questions. He was never high pressure and addressed each one of my concerns. Ricardo convinced me of the high quality and diligence my job would receive. I had told him I was going to get another estimate - but as he was getting ready to leave I cancelled the next appointment and asked him if they would do the job! He came back in and efficiently walked me through the disclosure process - called my Township and facilitated the authorization/permit process. Also, his prices are really reasonable and he works with me to accommodate my needs and my budget. I really want to compliment Ricardo's knowledge and low key manner - He is a great person and the reason I got this beautiful and green upgrade to my home. Thanks Ricardo Marrero!
