Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The technician MATT K #887 was courteous and professional. He went right to work figuring out our driveway drain problem. He cleared the debris and tested to make sure there was good flow and no other blockages. Appreciated his hard work and his clean up too. He charged exactly what he quoted. Also, The customer service scheduler kept me informed many times through out the day that they were working to find a technician. Definitely made me feel like I was not forgotten about. Not to mention I called in the morning and got a same day service call. Good experience with this company!

Having a plumbing emergency late on a Saturday night, my first thought was how hard will it be to get someone here to help us. I can not tell you how easy the process was, from the very beginning call everyone was professional and helpful. Then our Tech Cody got to our house and from that point on he came in he assessed & dealt with the issue. Kind, calming, professional, and a hell of a worker.
