Actually, they showed up at our house with no truck or equipment to perform any work to fix our clogged grinder pump. Then proceeded to use a bucket (instead of a pump truck), to take out some of the sewage from the grinder pit and proceeded to illegally dump it into the community drainage. They didn't even get it down to where the pump was visible and after poking around the pit with my shovel, proceeded to tell me I needed a new pump and some new concrete poured and they needed a $200 deposit (not a service call charge, because no service was performed) and they'd be back on Monday to get it done. I scraped together the deposit (could've bought food for my family), and they never showed up or answered my calls again. Completely scammed us out of our money and our sewer is still backed up and we need that money to get a reputable company to fix the problem. On top of it all they disconnected their phone numbers so I can't try to contact them anymore.
