He treated our house for termites a year ago and we are still free of termites today. He also asked him to check our windows for apparent black ant issues that "Zap pest control" treated but he noticed it was actually water damage. He treated our house for regular ants and we are still good after 2 weeks of the treatment. Reliable and punctual. He is our guy from now on.
