DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were recently bought out and are no longer Plotts Energy. However, they use Plotts in their name to lead you to believe they are still affiliated with them. IT IS AN INSULT to plotts. I recently called them to replace a capacitor and the tech who came to diagnose my unit was INEPT to say the least. He misdiagnosed my unit and damaged my fan motor by flipping the blade, lathing the shaft & hitting the shaft with a hammer (which is unbelievable). He then shorted the coil (which I watched him do). I have all this on my camera surveillance. Then, they wanted me to pay over $650 just for parts which he damaged not including labor. I had another company diagnose my unit and found Plotts diagnoses was far from the truth. Needless to say my unit now works as it should. However, plotts has sent me a bill wanting payment which I originally called and disputed. I was told a manager would call me. Nobody from Plotts has ever called me and they continue to send a bill for payment.
