I have NEVER experienced worse customer service. After being forced to wait (30 minutes) because of a big party (prom) I said I couldn't wait any more. The owner was cursing and yelling at me. She said I'd have to pay a broken appointment fee. I've never felt so humiliated as when she was yelling at me. The haircuts were average - nothing special- and the price was right, but I'll never go back! I've been living here for over a decade and I've never met such a rude business owner in happy valley!
