Sam's Auto

BEWARE this business has three complaints with Better Business Bureau and has a grade of D- with Better Business Bureau. Go look yourself. Had to file complaint with Better Business Bureau against Sams Auto I live in Virginia and bought this car and had the car shipped to me in Virginia. They sold me a car and the car had wheel locks on all four wheels and no key to unlock the locks. Sam suggested I go to Nissan dealership for removal of four wheel locks. I went to the dealership to have the wheel locks removed total cost $166.52 to have dealership remove wheel locks and asked Sam to reimburse me the money. Sam refused to reimburse me $166.52 for the removal of wheel locks that he sold me a car with wheel locks on and no key to unlock wheel locks. I repeatedly called Sam about this and he refused to reimburse me the $166.52. This behavior is unacceptable and left me with no choice but to file complaint with Better Business Bureau. And I sent Sam the receipt from the Nissan dealership. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for the work the dealership had to do because Sam sold me a car with wheel locks on and no key to unlock them and I would have been happy with purchase with Sam. This was not a good experience for my first time dealing with Sam. Where is it the customer's fault and the customer should pay for the cost. Sam offered me $80 when I was charged $166.52. Sam refuses to correct his wrong. Sam says for me to call him in the post below. I call him on Oct 25, 2017 and he insults me. He calls me a liar. He says you say you're a Christian you need to turn the other cheek. I've never been insulted like this before. Sam hung up on me and told me to text him. Very unprofessional. I wouldn't believe it if it didn't happen to me.

Sam is my "go to" guy for all of my vehichles.. He's always treated me fairly. Recently a part he installed failed.. He replaced the part and belt at no charge. I know I can count on Sam to get me back on the road quickly.
