AMAZING AMAZING boutique and open space (in fact it would make a perfect studio apartment). there is so much TLC that went into this place in fact the entire building which is full of great healthy mind body spirit activities: acupuncture, reflexology, reiki, massage, and of course yoga and even natural juices. andrea and co did an amazing job. ALL the instructors are kind, gentle, and helpful--meg, cassie and andrea are my faves--but they all are good. instructor style is similar and so are classes despite the level notations, anyone of any level is always welcome.
for those of you who like your studio comfortable in spring in summer, and warm in fall winter, this place is for you, though personally i take a nook by the window so i can crack it to let a little cool air in now

. its full of mostly chatty locals who sit around before class and catch up, if that's you're thing, so to me it feels a little "clicky" yet never unwelcome (just not quiet) personally i come into the space and go straight to lotus or shavasana to prepare for class but i'm the minority.
the class timing is great for working professionals. never before 6 in the pm and am classes for everyone else. i really love this studio and think the $75/mo for 6 mos auto-deduction from my plastic is totally worth it and much more so than my $10/mo gym membership at planet fitness. i feel like a million bucks every time i leave. try the wed yin yoga if you want deep stretching without formal postures. your own body weight resistance is an amazing thing. and nestled in between beginner and beyond classes is a wonderful 30 minutes of meditation.
i've been to many studios all over the world. this is one of my faves
