I just love both Jack & Lisa. Their classes are great, the participants are great, I always feel amazing when I leave and always get such a restful night's sleep on the days I attend. The studio is clean, the instructors take time to instruct not just direct. Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge so give yourself a few extra minutes.
