Took my car to CJ Tires for an oil leak coming from the rear of my car. CJ's said they couldn't fix it and suggested I contact Sawchucks or Toyota. Sawchucks was able to see my vehicle in 2 days (Toyota was 7 days). After having my car looked at, by Sawchucks, they informed me that the work I needed done SHOULD be covered under a Toyota Enhancement Warranty Extension. Sawchucks took the time to call Toyota and pull up the service bulletins to see that the work I needed done should be covered under warranty. Sawchucks educated me on the work that needed done and why the Toyota warranty should cover it. The Toyota Dealership bill came to $2,100!!! I did not have to pay for this because Sawchuck was on my side. Sawchuck's turned away a customer that day...but they gained a new customer by doing so. It's amazing to have a business fight for you and not just see you as a dollar sign when you walk through the doors.
