Pricing on some quotes really aren't that great and the fact they don't have weekend hours is a total bust for me. Sometimes depending on who you talk to on the phone they come off rather unprofessional too. Really a shame as I would have liked to work with a local business vs a major chain as I like to circulate my money locally to promote small businesses. Could have ended up with a lot of business from me as I have multiple vehicles and work with tons of clients. Maybe I'd give them a chance once they become a bit more competitive with their pricing and offer weekend hours for those of us that work Monday through Friday. Until then, dropping in with a one star.

Very clean, very professional, plus the owner Tom is such a nice guy and I look forward to our conversations whenever I take my car in. Very affordable rates for most routine maintenance.
