What a horrible company. They take good insurance products and screw it up with poor service. It wasn't that our company was overcharged by the carrier, it was the total lack of support from our agent dealing with the carrier. For about 15 years we dealt with Sigel. It was easy for them, we had maybe 2 claims in that time. When we needed help from our agent dealing with a problem, he just gave us a toll free number so we could deal with the issue ourselves. I've never posted a negative review about anyone or any company, but they deserve it. All I can say to anyone reading this is YOU CAN DO BETTER than Sigel Insurance.
