So apparently if you make a set appointment and show up at your scheduled time, we were actually 5 mins early.. if there’s walk in’s, they come first? Basically making an appointment is pointless and they don’t tell you this while scheduling the appointment. Instead you drive all the way there and waste your time only to be told there’s 3 ahead of you. Save people the hassle and specify that an appointment isn’t really an appointment.
