Okay so to those who know me personally they know I don't like drama don't like being the center of attention, and I definitely don't like posting publicly like this ranting about other people or anything in that nature. I wanna apologize to the owner and all the workers there before I post my experience at Spauldings garage, cause I'm a really respectful person and probably one of the nicest person anyone can meet. Okay when I took my car to Spaulding to get it inspected about three weeks ago, I was told that everything looked good that all I needed to do was get my seat bracket fixed cause it was broke in one spot and my seat would wiggle back and forth. I get charged i think $31.80 to get told that all I need was my seat to be fixed and it would pass. Okay no big deal I can deal with that. I get my seat fixed it's all nice and sturdy now, it's not going anywhere. I take my car back to Spauldings today to get it inspected cause I was told all I needed was my seat fixed. I take it there at 6am and call there at about 12:30 this afternoon. Now I'm told I need to get my door fixed cause "it won't close from the inside" which it will I've been closing it perfectly fine for a whole year, yeah one of the hinges are messed up but I can still close my door. Then I was told my odomoter and dash needed fixed and an emergency brake needed fixed. Okay so why wasn't I told this if the first place? That makes me think that when I paid $31.80 to get it inspected the first time that they just noticed my seat and stopped inspecting it, cause why else wouldn't they tell me everything that's wrong with it in the first place? I don't know I'm not a specialist in cars or inspecting cars but when I use my earned money to pay for an inspection I want a list of everything that made it not pass. It was just a waist of time and money. I will not bring my car back there ever again. Again I'm sorry to the owner but people need to know this, cause that was really sad customer service.
They screwed my son out of money
