Customers were leaving because no o e was at the register. I saw at least 4 red shirt employees but no one offered to help. I was there because a previous phone call to someone who said he was a manager told me he would fix a defective stamp no charge. He would not give his name at that time. Today someone who said he was the manager refused to fix the stamp or give a refund. It's no wonder the store is empty of customers. I will go to Staples from now on and will NOT recommend this store.
