Not honest at all bin sent way 3 times trying to pay off my phone but have been fighting with me ever step of the way.

If you are required to go to this store, DO NOT work with the girl named Jessica Schroth. She lies, tries to force you into what she gets the most commission for. I ordered a phone that was out of stock at the store, and then changed my mind. if you try to cancel she will play stupid and threaten you... that your account may be shut off until the warehouse gets your unit back, fact of that matter its been 3 weeks since the store supposedly sent the device back. A corporate complaint finally revealed that someone in the store has the phone still. Avoid this store like the plague. Do yourself a favor - go to Robinson, Easiest transaction ever!
