Sprint Store

After trying almost all of the competitors, we have concluded that the customer service at this Sprint store truly can’t be beat. My family was looking to make the switch from another carrier with various phones. Sprint offered us a great deal on new iPhones and threw in lots of great freebies as a bonus (cases, chargers, a speaker, etc). We visited the store twice in order to transfer all of our phones (for our scheduling reasons, not theirs) and were more than pleased. When I visited, Robert assisted me and my father with setting up my new phone. He instantly remembered my father and knew what we needed to complete so that all of our phones would be operational on our new network. He was very friendly and professional, and he assured that he took the utmost care in proper confidentiality and procedure when handling sensitive account information. While the process of transferring my phone took place, he was happy to answer any and all questions and he made great conversation. I also had the pleasure of briefly meeting the store manager (whose name unfortunately escapes me). The manager was just as friendly and treated us like valued customers. After dealing with disinterested and aloof sales associates in the past with other networks’ stores, I’m glad we made the switch. This will be our go-to Sprint store for any questions and assistance in the future!
