I got dry cleaning done, as well as a tailoring job done on a pair of suit pants. When I dropped off the clothes, I was shown on the receipt where the tailoring cost should have been. It read "$0.00" and the woman said "no charge". I thought this was nice, since her charge of $6 per garment seemed to be on the high end.
I was told they would be ready by the weekend, but they were not. I called back midway through the following week and the pants were still not ready. 5 days after the original date I should have been picking them up (and after a number of phone calls) my pants were ready. I went to pick them up only to find out that "no charge" actually means, "I don't know what the charge will be" (it turned out to be $25, which we eventually negotiated down a bit due to the lateness).
Maybe as a dry cleaning service this place is more reliable, but I didn't have a great experience and will try somewhere else next time.
