I purchased a house in the area near them but it needed a new hot water tank. I called them since they were close by. They came the next day and install the new tank. I was very pleased with them at first but this was short lived. They had installed a defective water heater which went bad in only 3 months. I called them back since it was under warranty. They sent someone to my house to verify it was defective and said they would be out the next day to change it but I would have to be home, so I called off work, but they never showed. I called them back to see why they didn't show up to and they said they got delayed but would be there the next day. I had to call off work again but they never show up again. After this happened several times and they kept giving me excuses, I simply couldn't afford missing any more work, so I told them I would just pick up the water heater and have some else put it in. They told me I couldn't do that since it was on their truck but they would have the driver deliver it. The driver did bring it to my house, sort of, I had to help him unload it off the truck, and he left me with it in the middle of the street, just got back in his truck and drove off. Because of them, I went nearly a week without water, lost over $400 in wages and had to install it myself. Then they tried to bill me for service they didn't render, and proceed to sue me since I would not pay for the services they didn't render. When we went to court they outright lied in court. My advice to you is stay away they are thieves and lairs.
