Terrible... waited in line for literally 10 minutes without being acknowledged (only person in line) by GM Tracey Samuels. Collin walked past me like he was Mr. Staples 5 times, each time making eye contact and then looking away in an effort to not help me pick up my order. The total trip took 10.5 minutes...10 of which I was being ignored.
