Starbucks

I went to the Lititz Starbucks this evening to get a Decaffeinated iced coffee. We arrived at 7:15 pm. When i walked in the door, i noticed there were four workers...one was actually busy serving the drive through...the other three were doing "closing tasks" even though they don't close til 9:30 pm. My husband and I waited at the counter for five minutes watching the employees work...not one of them looked up or even acknowledged us. We left. Super poor service!!!!!!!!
