Starbucks

staff is super friendly (especially in the evening!) and with its subdued music it's often a calming place to study late afternoon until closing. as it's well traveled, i understand items being sold out but it doesn't appear staff communicates well. i ordered a sandwich and was told it was sold out. when i purchased a more expensive item after waiting in line again to be refunded, i then heard someone ordered the same item and receive it. unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened.
