Feels like the guy has to give out tickets everyday, feel bad for him. I think people might "bless" him several times after saw that yellow envelope.
UPDATE: got the second tickets in one day. This time I moved the car from one street to the other street and still get ticket within an hour. I do not know why. maybe I should "bless" that ticket gentleman as well.
