Had trousers cleaned and got them back with a hole on the pant leg, they would not acknowledge any liability at all, all I requested was an inside patch to cover the hole, instead I was told that it wouldn't look right and to throw the pants away. I have also had problems with them losing items and giving me other people's clothes in the past. I have been a customer for 10 years now, and stayed with them because of their competitive prices but needless to say, as I informed them, that if you treat a long term customer like that, then I wouldn't be coming back.
