Stoltzfus RV's & Marine

We recently purchased our 2018 Grand Design 2150RB at Stoltzfus RV's & Marine located in West Chester PA. Immediately we felt very welcomed by the reception staff. Our salesperson John Trickey was knowledgeable and accommodating getting us several quotes and answering many questions as we narrowed down our choices. He even had Chris from parts and sales representatives from Blue Ox who were on site join us to answer our many questions (we really did have a lot!) We were scheduled within days to pick-up our RV. Upon arrival we were introduced to Jeremy Mercado. When you purchase an RV they set up a 2 hour walk through of your RV. Being new RV owners, this was critical and we could not have asked for anyone better than Jeremy! He was patient and went through every part of the functionality of the RV. If there was anything that needed to be addressed he made sure it was addressed while we did our final paperwork. He gave us ideas to help maintain the quality of the RV and even took us through the store so we had the essentials for our first trip. Our entire experience was a great one and we would recommend anyone in search of an RV consider this dealership!
