Supercuts

I never wrote negative reviews, but this time I have to. This new person who works there is very unpleasant. It seems like she hates her job and the place she works at. Every time I call/come in, she says she is too busy. When I call to schedule an appointment , she either does not pick up the phone or says she is too busy. I called today at 4:50 and she said she was going to be busy for the next 1.5 hour. Her tone was irritated. I asked if I could come in 1.5 hour and she hung up. I called back in exactly 1.5 hour and she did not pick up the phone, I let it ring and ring. Finally I drove over, and she was closing. I asked her why she was leaving and she said she didn’t have anyone on the books so she decided to close early. Why not pick up the phone then? She knew it was me. I asked her to please do a quick haircut. My five year old needed it for tomorrow and she says she was planning to leave earlier and she already called her sitter. The other lady, Grace (I think that’s how her name is spelled) is amazing!!!! We all loved her and have been customers since the Supercuts opened. It is a shame that the administration decided to hire a person who has 0 customer service skills. I don’t want to go there again if she is there. I am sure others feel the same way.
