I had a new rubber roof on the main and second roof, frames on windows, capping rip out, 10 new aluminum capping around the edges of the roof, 1 new aluminum eave box, 1new skylight, all the flashing was nailed cemented fabric and re-cemented. This work was done on September 17, 2005. The contract I signed was for a 15 year guarantee. The total cost of the job was 4,250.00. It is 2016, only 11 years into the 15 year contract. I have been trying for years to reach them to do repairs on my roof. I call and never get a answer. Half of the glass blew out from the skylight, 1 of the frames from the window blew off. I had a leak on the second floor, the edge of 2nd floor roof needs to be capped. I reported this company to Better Business Bureau in 2009. I thought the company went out business until I saw them on the internet. I had to spend money with different companies, in 2008- 975.00 in 2014- 550.00. in 2016- 200.00. Now I am having another company come out to repair the skylight that wasn't repaired correctly, every time it rains it leaks. This company just took my money and didn't honor their contract.
