I tried to make an appointment by phone to the local number & explained how the menu would not allow me to speak to a live person & the representative actually argued with me! I told her my zip code TWICE, she still did not have it! Rude & Ridiculous! Why even throw your money away unless you are desperate. I am going elsewhere.

As an AT&T customer I been to many stores and they were pretty courteous and knowledgeable
