My experience here was horrible! Over the course of a week, my family and I had to drive there 5 times, all for which were completely obsolete. We had just upgraded my old iPhone to a new one and the store was supposed to transfer 7000 photos and 2000 videos to my new phone manually on their machine, since my old phone was not backing up the photos or videos. After a few futile attempts at the AT&T store, we asked to take the old phone to the Apple store to have them transfer the data. The manager, Steve, refused and acted as though he did not care. Today we called again to try to one more time to transfer the data and we were told that my old phone had now been erased and shipped out to AT&T. I am absolutely devastated because I have lost most of my memories from vacations and from prior experiences. I have too many things to say about the manager. Absolutely horrible. He deserves to be fired.
