Shout out to Gary at T-Mobile, who just spent more than 2 hours with me helping to figure out a difficult situation with switching carriers and a new phone. His patience and goo humor made what could have been a miserable experience not only bearable, but fun. I'm actually excited that I have to come back tomorrow to finish the job, since the staff here (additional shout out to Josh, for keeping me entertained while Gary was on the phone for me) are so great, even when it's past store closing time and I'm sure they'd have rather been closing up and going home. Great job guys!
