Went in this evening to pay off the remaining balance on my account since I have decided to switch providers. Glad I decided to close my account so I will NEVER experience this type of customer service again! Cas, the representative I spoke to, was EXTREMELY RUDE. He did not seem as interested in helping me as he was in playing on his phone. He made MINIMAL effort to find the information I needed and spoke to me while looking at his phone. Having worked in customer service, both his demeanor and behavior this evening were completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.
