Customer service skills from the sales associate really lacked. It was just me in the store but she was so hell bent on her conversation, I spoke out to ask her a question but again too busy into the conversation she was having on the store phone she didn’t respond. Nor did she even bother to acknowledge me as I left the store. If I didn’t need the items I bought, I wouldn’t have purchased it on the sole fact that her skills sucked!
