My husband and I have shared a CSA share from Taproot Farm with our neighbors for the past two years. George and Ola at Taproot are wonderful to work with and we are so impressed with their lovely emails describing life on the farm, their website, and the recipes they send out to help use lesser-known produce items. We have SO MUCH FUN anticipating and dividing the beautiful produce with our neighbors. In Year 2 we got so good at using the tips and recipes that we never wasted a thing. Long about February when we're out shoveling snow we yell across the street to our neighbors "Can't wait for our CSA!!"
