From the time the phone was first answered until the courteous knowledgeable gentleman left with my problem completely fixed (and then some), Terry's plumbing was a joy to work with. They were at my home within 3 hours of my first call and every step of the way things were explained to me and I was given options on what needed to be done and what things were optional at this time. I felt like the price was reasonable and best of all I didn't feel like I was at all patronized or talked down to because I am a woman. I would recommend Terry's Plumbing any time!

Terry was at the house within an hour and fixed our water backup in our basement. Amazingly friendly and all smiles ! Thank You Terry
